Oral-B electric toothbrush with round head

Place the brush 2/3 on the tooth and 1/3 on the gum.

Remain still for 3 seconds per tooth before changing teeth by placing the brush perpendicular to the tooth.

Do this for each tooth, both on the outer surface (towards the cheeks and lips) and on the inner surface (towards the palate and tongue). Don't forget the top of your teeth, the surface where you chew. The whole process will take you 2 minutes.
