Sodium fluoride 0.05% or 0.2%, Citrox®, 10% Xylitol, Cetylpyridinium chloride

The 0.05% concentration of sodium fluoride is designed for daily use while the more concentrated 0.2% is recommended once a week. It may be easier to create a routine by rinsing once a day rather than once a week.

Brush your teeth

For best results, start by brushing and flossing your teeth.

Rinse for 1 minute

Use 10 ml of mouthwash and rinse your mouth for one full minute.

Spit

Avoid eating, drinking or rinsing your mouth for about 30 minutes or you risk removing the beneficial ingredients remaining in your mouth.
